1. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.


2. Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made. By placing a custom order, you agree that:

  • Production begins after payment confirmation

  • Lead times vary (typically 7–14 business days)

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective


3. Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in wood grain, finish, or hardware may occur. These are part of the product’s natural charm and not considered defects.


4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays or stock availability. We are not liable for delays once the order leaves our workshop. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible.


5. Damages & Claims

Inspect your items upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images and descriptions, is the property of Cornerstone Cabinetry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


7. Liability

Cornerstone Cabinetry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services after changes implies acceptance.
